Hello!

My name is Andrey, I live in Taganrog town, Russia.

It's me.

In 1993 I graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute as a «Aircraft and Hellicopter Constroctior». Then I worked according to the proffession at a profile factory.

In the beginning of 2000-s I purchased several machine tools for the household; they are lathe 16К20, gear milling machine, milling one ВМ131Вф1, which later was equipped with CNC. For the convinience of operating the CNC machine  I invented USB pendants of several modifications.

Not so long ago I began fonding of brewing. For that I needed a mill (crusher) for malt. Our Industry doesn’t produce things like that and I decided not to Buy Chinese ones and instead to produce my own one. Reading the Russian forum I found a message «guru of a brewer", which «for a long time hasn’t been possible on the territories of the former USSR to produce cheep and qualitatively". It was a chellenge for me, so in 2016 I decided to try to produce my own mill at home.

I read articles "Colculations of the Basic Parameters of malt mill", and looked throug similar mills from one American.

Trying to produce the mill as for my own using I intended to produce the best possible one. And the best, as I thought at the moment, was a 3D mill with full drive of all the shafts.

Thus, I began with creating a model in SolidWorks.

I selected the necessary materials and as a result I got this kid of mill, which works uninterraptibly for already several years.
